Tilda Textiles was designed to produce beautifully hand crafted homeware and
accessories, designed and created in the UK. We aim to bring beautifully traditional
textiles from around the globe into your home. Each product is carefully crafted with an
uncompromising attention to detail.
In Tilda Textiles, we have the perfect example of British craftswomanship meeting gorgeous
globalness. Fabulous colours and patterns, abounding with life and redolent of their origins, are
created into very British comforts of cushions, duvets, pouches and hot water bottle covers, to bring
light and sunshine into your every day. Wonderful!
If you have any issues with your order then please do get in
touch within 1 week of receiving the package. There is a 30 day
exchange/return policy from the order date. Returns/exchanges
must be returned in the exact condition that you received it in.
Anything that is faulty on our behalf will be fully refunded once
returned to the studio. We are not responsible for any return
items lost or damaged in transit. Please post returns/exchanges
to the below address using a recorded postal service.

Please do bear in mind that some fabrics used to create your
Tilda Textiles order(s) are antique pieces, which may have
slight imperfections. We feel that these little imperfections add
character and charm to the end result. The main ethos to Tilda
Textiles is recycling beautiful pieces of textiles from around the
world so colours may vary from what appears on your screen.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail; 1st Class Recorded
delivery. Please do get in touch if you require the tracking
number of your package. Items bought from stock are sent
within 3 working days of ordering. Our lead time for
bespoke and out of stock orders are sent within 14 days of
ordering. The standard lead time for duvet sets is 2-3
